Heart & Goals: The Journaling and Vision Board workshop that Gets to the "Heart" of What You Truly Want and Guides You through the Creation of a Vision for the Life You Desire

This life defining workshop helps participants get to the core of what they want for themselves and their lives ahead by using journaling and the creation of a vision board. A vision board is a collage of images and words that reflect your vision for the future. Often times, individuals believe that the end product, the vision board is the most important.  However, it is the process and the preparation of thought that takes place before the vision board is created that is truly the most important and the determining factor of success. 

To ensure that the process is rewarding, participants will be given journaling exercises that help them to focus on their vision for the future.  The key to this process is to create a positive mindset for designing a vision that truly reflects the person’s values and desires. We will explore different areas of life and participants will be challenged to think differently and deeply about what they want for their future. Once the journaling exercises are completed, participants will create a vision board. 

This motivating experience is a “twist” on a typical goal setting session. Inspiring musical beats keep the atmosphere fun and carefree while participants take some serious steps towards obtaining the life they desire.

Additional Notes:  We will take breaks! Healthy snacks will be provided.  Feel free to also bring refueling food & beverages of your own.
